Natalia is a CMTO-registered Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Centretown, Ottawa. Raised in Colombia and in Canada since 2013, she graduated with Honours from Algonquin College’s Massage Therapy program and has been practicing since 2021.

She focuses on therapeutic massage to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and return to the activities they love. Her sessions blend Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and TMJ massage for jaw, neck, and headache relief. Natalia is also trained in hot stone massage, cupping therapy, kinesiology taping (KT Taping International Academy), and IASTM (RockTape/Blades) to speed recovery from low back pain, shoulder pain, tension headaches, and sports or workplace injuries.

Expect a calm, goal-oriented treatment plan, home care you can actually follow, and progress you can feel. When she’s not in the clinic, Natalia enjoys time with family and traveling.
