Megan is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Centretown, Ottawa with 15+ years of hands-on experience. A graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College (Peterborough, Ontario), she practiced massage therapy in Ontario for over a decade, became registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia while working in Vancouver, and has since returned home to Ottawa.
Megan provides both therapeutic massage and relaxation massage, tailoring each session to help clients achieve their personal wellness goals. Her treatments combine Swedish massage and targeted therapeutic techniques for acute and chronic injuries, repetitive strain injuries, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and scar tissue treatment. She also includes clear home-care guidance—stretches and rehabilitation exercises—to support lasting results.
